Slow service. Seems to always take a long time compared to other fast-food options in town.
The restaurant itself was disgustingly dirty and they had one couple dining in, wrappers, buns and fries littered the floor in the dining area and EVERY TABLE was dirty and sticky. Although no one came in after us for the half hour we spent there noone attempted to clean even. Pure squalor. The bacon on both my Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers was undercooked and all fat. I ordered bacon queso fries, they looked nothing like the picture in fact only four fries had cheese on them and I assumed I would get more than one pc of crumbled bacon for $3 sprinkled on top but no it was maybe 1 pc. Worst visit to a restaurant ever and on 4th of July to boot. Did I mention the staff was rude, no one was in line or drive thru when I got there and I still had to get their attention after 3 minutes of standing at an unattended counter, just to order. Twenty dollars later we ate the frostys and threw the rest of the order away and got hot dogs at Kroger to go home and eat. How disappointing.
Visit this restaurant on a very regular basis, great crew! Like any restaurant they have some ups and downs, but I have never had a bad experience.
Good location and good food a little slow at the drive thru window
Great place for groups to meet and hang out. Staff is very friendly and will even bring food to your table if you have a long wait on something.
