The help was okay and friendly/helpful enough, but the food was severely lacking. I ordered a Calssic Big Boy burger, and it was a McDonald's Big Mac... But crappier. The burger patties were very thin and small, the sause tasted like it was mixed with floor cleaner, and the lettuce... Well that was the good part. In short, by a Big Mac because that is more worth your money than here. The fries were middle ground, not good but not bad. The shake that I had (peanut butter fudge) was tasty, but very thin. Maybe that's their style, but the important part was that it was flavorful. Dinning room atmosphere was a little bit dull in terms of lighting
I called and placed a carry out. 25 minutes later go to pick up my food and she can't find my order. Then as I type this I have been standing here waiting already 17 minutes and no explanation, no food. I think my order was forgotten. The food quality better be good. Seriously unsatisfactory big boy.
