We've purchase two vehicles in the last year or so from this establishment. We have been treated well both times. Jeff Trott has been our salesman. He patiently answered ALL of our questions, and we never felt rushed or pressured. I felt like he was honest and forthcoming with any and all information we were after concerning those vehicles. We bought both a new vehicle and a used vehicle from him as a result. Our future vehicles will most likely be purchased from Imlay City Ford and Jeff Trott. Keep up the good work!
Today I took my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. The appointment was estimated to take 45 min. It was at dinner time so I took my niece and nephew down the street for dinner (we walked). I didn't feel comfortable walking back with two small children at night so Nick in the service department arranged for someone to come pick us up. They are all so friendly and overly helpful it makes coming here such a great experience. Thank you Nick and everyone else for all your hard work and help!
I always know my car is in good hands when I bring it in. The guys go thru & do a complete check when doing my oil changes and they always let me know the good & the bad. I know the service isn't a quick in & out like some other shops and that what I appreciate about Imlay City Ford Service, I know I'm getting quality work done!
Friendly enough but not really great experience. We were offered more than 1/2 less on my trade than where we purchased. Didn't seem motivated to sell with the level of customer service we typically expect. One car we looked at had a dead battery, just doesn't make you feel confident.
