Very rude and grumpy. Not willing to help with my passport at 3 pm but wanted me to come back at 3 2 weeks later
The service is very bad. Today a whole stack of mail was delivered to my house, none of it being mine own. 4 envelopes stating Tax Information, and one was for Financial aid. Very private import material. When I took these iteams back to the post office and explained the address weren't even close to being the same, all the woman did was look at me, take the stack of mail, tie a rubber band around it, then Literally threw it behind her on the counter. She turned back around and looked at me like, so? Who cares?
Usually very nice, sometimes a little grumpy.
We deserve better.
Extremely rude. Have never had a pleasant experience at this location. I would rather drive to the next town and post office to avoid contact with these women.
Plus, you won't feel drained watching someone moving slower than molasses while the line is out to the street.
I was and still am upset that the employees of our Post Office don't care one bit about our important documents. If papers and information like that fell into the wrong hands, those poor ppl would stand to lose their Identity, income tax and much more.
Don't waste your time here and just go to the next county-over (Attica) usps office, get in-and-out and there will still be a line here in Imlay City.
