Junior and Susanna were both incredible. We changed over 3 phones and they couldn't have been more patient and nice. It's so nice to have Sprint Reps that are that knowledgeable. As far as switching phones and the pain it can be, they were also both quick and helpful with the transfers. We will be back and we will remain loyal to that store. Great job guys!!!

I went into the store about a week or so ago and waited 20 minutes before even being acknowledged. And when I finally did get greeted, Shawn was not delightful at all. He was very rude and disrespectful to me and his co workers. I inquired about an upgrade and he talked to me like I was stupid and should have known my options before hand. If you're looking for help do not visit this sprint store nor Shawn.

My phone is vital for the work I do as a tour director. My old phone was still working, but slow and outdated. I had ordered a new phone recently in the hope that it would arrive before leaving on an upcoming trip. The manager, Mark, was very patient with my "checking in" periodically to see if it had arrived. He assured me that when it got to the store, they would contact me immediately. I got an email from UPS stating that it was heading to Imlay City last Wednesday morning. When I got the call that it was in, I was relieved. It took quite a while to "transfer" the information from my old phone to the new one, but Susana did not give up. She worked overtime and went way above and beyond the call of duty to get my new phone ready for me. Thank you, Susana and Mark for helping me be better prepared to do my job this past weekend. Your perseverance paid off, and my new phone was really a pleasure to use. Thanks again!

Susana is a breath of fresh air for this Sprint Location. Helpful, Kind, and Friendly atmosphere! We recommend it here!

My Sprint Pocket WiFi kept disconnecting me from the internet. I took it to the Romeo store. The guy was nice to update it but he said nothing was wrong with it. But I got home and it kept disconnecting me. So I took it to the Imlay City store twice. Twice a guy tried to help me. He said nothing was wrong with it but each time I'd get home and it would disconnect me. I tried it on three different computers. After church today (Sunday) I took it in and spoke with Suzanna (spelling?). She too was very helpful. She adjusted the software and now it works okay! Sometimes it takes a skilled woman to get things done! Thank you so much Suzanna! Our business depends on this air card. You save me from having to send it into the manufacturer for repair!
