I just left this car wash. First I pulled into the car wash bay then after the car wash my car was still covered in soap so I proceeded to pull into one of the do it yourself bays to rinse my car off well the machine ate my $2 in quarters. Then I pulled into another bay only to rinse my car off and still have a dirty car. I'm not sure if they use dirty water or what. $8 wasted.
Tire,damage due track Failure,had to go back 3 times an Numerious Phone calls,May 2017,Managers Mike an Adam totally lied,never Reimbursed,for damage,Never will do Business with These Carnies again.
I love how thorough they are with the washes. My car is perfect every time. There's a reason they have been voted Best of the Best! I don't mind the wait either. They are worth it!
Guy can't even get off his phone when he's powerwashing the sides. I still think the price hike is BS.
Horrible customer service...the manager and his worker were extremely rude...put his hands and leaned into my mother in laws vehicle when he had no business doing that...guy needs a lesson in working with people...didnt even get a car wash there because supposedly there was too much rust.....news flash!!! We live in Michigan of course there is gonna be rust on a car!!!
