Staff is friendly. I wish I could say more positive things about this place. Literally the only place is town. I visit family up this way once or twice a month. Today, my aunt and I each ordered a beverage and food item. 2/4 items were made correctly. Again, the staff was friendly and corrected the problem but it should be correct the first time. I think the problem is too many workers, things are miscommunicated and people expect others to do the work.
Quickly stopped in to pickup donuts and bagels for a customer. They were fast, friendly and filled the order accurately. Was in and out in 8 minutes at 8 am, a busy time for a week day. There were 5 people in line when I arrived. Well done!

Good foood and service. Ran out of Chile around 6:45pm. Kids loved the Timbits.
Ordered a medium french vanilla and the cup was only 2/3 full. My son ordered a coffee with cream and sugar that tasted like watered down beans. The service and quality here is inconsistent, management needs to train their staff. These types of problem make me drive north on VanDyke to McDonald's.
